I do something rather odd after I get done with a mission and I'm ready to log for the night I head to the Captains Cabin and change into something comfortable and stand by the fish tank and save and logout. I've been doing this for awhile both in ME2 and ME3 I was just curious if anyone else has any quirks they do before the save and logout for the night.
Though be interesting to have a fully stock bar in the Captains room love getting Shepard drunk hehe.

Well, sometimes I'll head up to the cabin and just stand there waiting for the 'flying fish' glitch.

Sometimes I end the game with Shepard standing infront of his mirror in the bathroom. Looking at his cybernetic scars and contemplating the things hes done.

When I left ME2 to go onto ME3, I went to the cockpit to chat with Joker. The last line of dialogue I ever heard before going into ME3 was........
"See you Commander"!

Well at least you get use out of the fish you bought. I even bought that damn VI for them. In 40 hours of gameplay I have been to the cabin once.

In my imports, I tend to have a last chat with Joker.
In ME, I stopped in the Terminus Systems before going to ME2.
In ME2, I finished Arrival after doing every single other mission then orbited Earth.
In ME3, I had a really twisted dream after wrecking Cerberus then went to the Citadel to hang with my peeps and Bang Okay with a LI.

I have Shepard linger in the cabin occasionally when Bad Choices is playing. Same with the apartment, in the Citadel DLC.
I kind of like that track.

I know this doesn't contribute much to the discussion, but I find this thread is awesome.
Matt Shepard hung out on the crew deck during ME1, often falling asleep there. At the beginning of ME2 all saves ended with him staring at Ashley's picture on the desk, until she broke his heart. After that he found himself sneaking up behind everyone's back to hang with Jack. During ME3, Shepard spent a lot of time with Dr. Chakwas, citing headaches and bad dreams.
Edit: So yeah, I guess I didn't spend much time in the cabin either. But if that bar was installed? Damn, Matt Shepard would have drank himself into oblivion and the Reapers would have emerged victorious.

I almost always have Shep standing at the galaxy map before I call it a day.
Ready to jump back into the fray that way.

When I log out in the ship, I tend to do the same thing as you do.
If it's on a hub world, I find a good view to call it a day.
If it's in the middle of a mission, that means I am quiting because I have no time to finish it today, so usually I have no time to find a good spot.
If I'm quiting before doing an import to ME2, I talk with Joker.
If quiting before doing an import to ME3, I save, call Tali up to the cabin and then quit.
