A british guy has many different problems at work, baby sitting, wicca, homocide, and he gets vomited on. His supervisor is no help, as she is stoned all the time and hooked on a Rambo videogame. He ends up making a few bucks helping with a bet about a cigarette lighter and a digit.

Some people travel from South America to a petrol station in not-South America to avoid some creatures. Some of the creatures turn up at the petrol station (presumably for tic tacs as they don't seem to have a car) and instead of exposition or conclusion the film just ends there.

That's pretty accurate description of Monsters, it's never good when first thing you do after watching a movie to have to go to imdb to find out what the heck happened.
