I have Marshal Cormicks Reward in my journal, but he doesn't offer the reward.
I only had the join the watch option (which I have done & am on Celeb quest)
Any code to get the reward or remove the quest from the journal?

I checked it in the toolset, and I see that the reward is alternatively 300 gold or a 1-point alignment shift toward good if you refuse the reward. It's also set to award the quest's experience points for it, but the quest is set to 0 XP, so it's just the other things.

You can give yourself the gold with the console:

dm_givegold 300

And you can advance the quest to completion with:

rs ga_journal("MarshalReward", 11, 0, 0, 1)

Thanks Tchos, I hate it when quests you can't finish get stuck in your journal.

The only one that did it for me was Wizard's Arsenal, from the very beginning of the game in West Harbour. Seemingly randomly, it kept adding itself back to my journal.
