I would say the "vacation" idea put out there is probably most likely. Summertime in the States seems to be the traditional "take 2 weeks to travel on vacation" time of the year, so it may be as simple as that.
May also be as simple as waning interest. He'd mentioned to me he was burning out on ME3 MP, so he may just be offline playing Skyrim/The Last of Us, etc. I never sign into the PSN network when I'm playing an offline game. I only ever sign in when I'm going online with ME3 MP. So, there's been times where I've been "missing" for a week or so because I was binging on Bioshock Infinite or something.
The absence from BSN is odd, but again, could just be vacation/taking a burnout break.

Unfortunately my PI still hasn't uncovered TMB's whereabouts. Seems he's been too busy charging me for his steak dinners and dealing with platinum blonde dames whose gams just won't quit.
