How hard is it to find people to play with this long after the game has launched?

Quick match pretty much instantly puts you in a lobby or a game in progress. Sometimes people in the lobby muck around or just don't ready up for some reason and if there is more than one like that you have to find a new one.

Despite Mass Effect being a game you buy for the Singleplayer, the multiplayer is doing very well, its pretty easy to get into games.
