If at some point of the game, you had to make a choice (a la Loghain), what would it be.
I would probably go with Tali.

I like Tali but Legion,assuming he winds up being a squadmate, is potentially the most interesting character of the bunch. I really hope I don't have to choose but if I did I don't think I could just throw Tali out on her ass, she's still just a kid and I imagine Legion can take care of himself.

Tali, Legion is a cool concept but given a choice i'd go for my lil quarrian buddy over that walking scrap heap with a serious case of shep envy any day

Killing off the only known Artificial Intelligence in the galaxy to form of it's own will. Not only this, but sufficiently advanced that he is willing to work with biological beings to save it later on down the road. In many ways he has just proven himself a "moral" superior by being willing to put such a prejudice aside while the biological can not.

Now here is the sad part. Your killing him just because you want to get some tail. Perhaps because you just hate machines.

I think it's tragic.

Unless Tali develops seriously as a character in ME2, I foresee that Legion would be my choice, simply because he is a more dynamic character at the moment
