I recently stumbled upon this excellent playthrough of ME1 with a femshep attempting a paragade approach (which presents a couple of problems).

The player talks a lot through the play through and covers the story elements well.  Pretty comprehensive with dialog options and hitting all the sidequests, and she recaps really well to remind you the point of each mission and why you're talking to x y and z.  Good humoured and easy to listen to, the female slant on the relationships provides some funny ongoing themes (poor Ashely).

Good stuff, and she's meant to be covering ME2 and 3 soon.
