It won't even be called ME"4"; what makes you guys think the multiplayer will be anything like this one?

Yeah, we're all aware of that. ME4 would suggest a continuation of Shepherd's story. Next Effect or The Next Mass Effect is too wordy, so people use "ME4". We understand what they mean, much like how everyone uses PUG to describe random people in public games, when in reality the acronym means "pick up game". We know these things, but we don't call others out on it. Because no one cares.

Oh, and it's much smarter to suggest things "inside the box". One, it's a lot easier to think up things for. Two, BW would be smart to go with what works. Changing the formula too much would lead to a bad game before it leads to a good one.

There some great ideas, that hopefully are realistic and get implemented into the game. I'm almost tempted to stop reading 'em because you guys are getting my hopes up.

Couldn't they just include that in the game? Other games include expansive multiplayer offerings while still telling a good story in the Single Player mode. Next-gen hardware can handle it.

Besides, you'll segment the playerbase. Everyone who purchases Next Effect could play Multiplayer vs. SP players that would've enjoyed the MP buying only Next Effect and passing on NE:MP edition.

I will focus on the most important thing of all here: the f... store

No more random BS. Put something like "you unlock high quality stuff if you complete challenges with low quality ones".
Like, you want the vindicator? 100 kills with the avenger first. You want carnifex? 100 kills with the phalanx first, and so on. And only then the new gun is unlocked for you tou buy on the store. Something like, first you have to achive a certain amount of kills or points with a weapon/class in order to be able to buy a certain gun on the store. Same for gear, kits, mods, whatever.

This way no more newbies who don't know what a BE is, will come with a Harrier trying to learn how to shoot. And pros wouldn't be trolled every single second with a random sh*t of a store which always give him/her all sort of crap less what he/she actually wanted.

I guess reading back to the Battlefront comment, I sort of see what you're trying to get at.

Make it a bundle for people who buy the Next ME new? Maybe if its free to play, with system similar to Warframe: You can get everything with credits, but if you want to get it now, you can pay with Bioware Points.
Still, you make a good point.

But sadly, when we have MP and SP in the same place, one will be better than another, this new ME has a lot to make up for in terms of story and if they want it to succeed, they will have to focus on that aspect since the main games have always been about SP.
In other words, there are chances that the multiplayer will be another limited (But adictive) feature.

I want the next MP to have:

Full character customization. As in I pick a race (female drell), class (Infiltrator), skills ( Tactical Cloak/Smash/Shadow Strike), armor (Phantom armor in black), weapons (Hurricane/Black Widow), and i'm also able to alter facial structure and the colors of all my gear and such. Also able to choose various voices and what they say and when and whether or not I want them to say anything at all.

Pure survival mode. As in the waves just keep coming and there are no objectives. Like a Mass Effect Bloody Palace from Devil May Cry.

Hubs to socialize with other players. Like various places where players can go to walk around and check each other out and talk and stuff.

Also, in the skill selection the game stays within the lore.
Asari are the best biotics and so have the highest barriers and their biotics are just a little stronger than everyone else. Can be any class but must have at least one biotic power.

Krogans have the highest health and regenerate faster (yes everyone's health slowly regenerates. its in the lore) than anyone else. Also have a rage mode that increases damage dealt and decreases damage taken. Any class/skill.

Salarians have the best tech and so have the highest shields. Less health than humans. Tech damage is a little higher than everyone else. Can only equip tech and combat skills and classes.

Quarians have the best anti sythetic tech. Do extra damage against synthetics. Normal shields but below average health. Only tech/combat skills/classes.

Humans average in health/shields/barriers and damage dealt but have no restrictions on skills/classes.

Drell slightly less than average health/shields/barriers. High movement speed. No restrictions on skills/classes.

Geth above average health/shields. Has unique synthetic only skills. Can only equip tech/combat skills/classes.

Vorcha below average health/shields. Regenerates slightly faster than everyone but the krogan. Can only equip tech/combat skills/classes. I think...

Batarians average health/shields/barriers. No class/skill restrictions.

Turians average health/shields/barriers. Any class/skill.

Hanar not combat viable
Elcor not combat viable
Volus not combat viable

Did I miss any races?

I also want to spend my credits on exactly what I want to buy. No more random unlocks. I only use sniper rifles, pistols, and sub machine guns so unlocking other stuff is a waste of my time and credits.

Also, ammo types should be a power you're able to select. Not a consumable. Armor equipment like extra power damage should be something you're able to put into your armor like an enchantment and it's permanent until you want to change it. Weapons too. The only things that should be consumable are rockets and medical supplies.

Complete character customization will be nigh impossible to do without incredibly overpowered its coming into existence.

My idea'is about MP in the next one is "dont overdo that stunlock thing". Gracias.

Overall I dont have a problem with stunlock. I just think that it has been over-concentrated in the geth faction. Thank FBW/G/G for that one.

You seem to be confusing "stun lock" with "stun".  Stun lock is when you are locked in a constant state of being stunned due to being stunned over and over again in quick succession.  Being stunned, is when you are simply stunned once.

Well maybe I should have elaborated a little more lol.

There are core powers for every class (except Adept/Engineer) and those cannot be combined with any other core power.

None of these powers can be combined with each other:

Tactical Cloak
Biotic Charge
Tech Armor
Combat Drone
Adrenaline Rush

Everything else is fair game. I believe that takes care of the possible OP'dness yes?

I'd like the loading screen tips and the tool-tips in the powers screen of ME4 to be truly helpful or at least not outright lies.
An example of a really helpful tip -

Skateboarders: Next time you come to a set of steps with a handrail in the middle, pick up your skateboard in one hand, grasp the handrail with the other and carefully walk down the steps. This way it won't be quite as painful on your balls.

Imo, me3 multiplayer was successful because of the staggering number of different kits and gameplay variety they offered. They were defined as much by their limitations as what they did have. I don't think picking any combination or even a from a wide variety of skills, would be good for the game.

 Bring back class restrictions:
 - Adept: Biotic
 - Soldier: Combat
 - Engineer: Tech
 - Sentinel: Tech/Biotic
 - Infiltrator: Combat/Tech
 - Vanguard: Combat/Biotic

OR

Get rid of this system.

Personaly I feel the roles are more interesting now.

Adepts - Biotic power users
Engineers - Tech power users
Soldiers - Gun users
Sentinels - Armor users
Infiltrators - Cloak users
Vanguard - Charge users

Around those general rules there is a lot of flexibility. They design a kit and whichever one matches it best is where it gets put in.

In ME1 everything was blurred, there was little difference between an Adeptt, Sentinnel or Vanguard. Or a Soldier or Infiltrator. ME2 gave everything a much more distinct feel.

Matchmaking with a 'not' choice in it.

Achievements that unlock weapons or abilities that are not purchasable.

Better spawn point control making spawns much less predictable.

Proper racial weapons or gear bonuses.

Extra group incentive bonuses for things such as full team extraction or team waves survived.

Improved cover mechanics, I get stuck to cover while running too often.

Player use of terrain. (for example in ME2 shooting the over head fuel tanks that can drop on enemies.

Better N7 points system rating to allow players to have a better inkling of player quality in lobbies.

Nice. I've always said that if ME universe would have had Gundams, the Reapers would have been f*cked so super hard that the war will be over before even get started

I really hope they don't change the store at all, it's absolutely fine in its current state.
