I must agree with XFG-65, the ur guns are ultrarare for a reason. People just want everything unlocked so fast, and if they would get the manifest maxed, then they just would want new guns or quit playing totally because there's nothing left to unlock. I also understand players like Cirvante, when you don't get an ur gun after spending some millions. I've had those situations and have a maximus manifestos. Personally I just play the game with the kits and guns I have and not for maxing my manifest. I will have the same attitude when the next game arrives. If you play only for the credits and guns...then comes the pain!

No PVP. Ever. Multiplayer must fit ME lore and universe. So far they've done it pretty well.

Overall, most things should stay the same. What definitely needs a change are the Poor matchmaking system and the Random Store.

Also, I would like the game to prioritize cooperative, serious team work. All vanilla kits and most earlier DLC kits were that way. Then came Earth and things went to another direction.
Now the most rewarding way of play this game is by having 4 high-DPS loners.

They can make PvP work. We have no idea what the next Mass Effect game's single player story will be about. If it's some sort of conflict of ideals or something that puts different factions at war with one another, PvP can still fit into the ME lore. I think balancing it out while still keeping the cooperative modes the main focus would be the biggest challenge.

Also, I do agree with what you said. The game is fine as is, but greater character customisation and larger maps/more enemies on-screen along with the two suggestions you put up would do wonders for improving the title.

I think you just contradicted yourself. If you were playing this game for fun you would not need the random store. I know I didn't stick around for the store.

Have you 'random store' proponents ever played a game for sheer fun without having loot dangling in front of your eyes? If you haven't then I feel bad for you guys. I play games all the time for fun. If I wanted to grind for random loot I'd play an MMORPG

I would like to see the class system dropped, and instead have all the various aspects of the game put into a create-a-kit system. Where all the various weapons, powers, abilities, gear, species, etc., have some "cost" associated with it, and players have a fixed amount to "spend" on a kit. Its actually a very easy system to balance by making powerful weapons/powers more expensive, forcing players to sacrifice a lot to use something powerful.

Yeah, something like this would be pretty cool. For example, lets say you are given just enough points to max out all of your 3 powers + your passives. However, those same points are also required to use more powerful weapons, weapon attachments slots, and also factor into whether or not you can use level 4 ammo mods.

One thing that would be cool is if where you invest a few points into a gear slot that unlocks a 7th evolution for your powers. Kind of like choosing a specialization in ME1.

1. Better net code is a must. Off host lag kills many kits.

2. Make biotics have more CC ability, like they did in ME1. Obviously not quite as strong as in ME1, because floating entire rooms of Primes would be ridiculous, but as it stands right now biotics are best used in conjunction with Warp/Incendiary ammo, or for massive spike damage with a focus on single targets (Multiple targets CAN be hit, but it usually isn't the case).

For sandboxgod: I have never said I needed a random store to keep me playing this game. If so, I would have probably stopped playing when I maxed my manifest. Sometimes I get bored with this game when I play too much and then I just take some break.

For the new game I'd like to see a new mode something like the Overrun mode from Gears of War Judgment, I think it's totally badass!

QFT

Store: I think the store is mostly alright as it is, but it could use some more packs. The listed prices are placeholders, and the final cost depends on the number of Rares/URs in the game and how easy/hard it is to earn credits. I also added an extra pack after Recruit, and gave Veteran packs a buff.

Enlisted Pack - Drops 5 random items with at least one Uncommon. 10,000
Veteran Pack - Drops 5 random items with at least two Uncommons, 2.5% chance of a Rare. 20,000
Armorer pack - Drops 5 random mods/upgrades for currently-owned guns, 15% chance of a Rare. 149,000
Premium Armorer Pack - Drops 5 random mods/gun upgrades with at least one Rare, 2.5% chance for UR. If all Rares maxed, only drops 1 upgrade. 299,000
Black Market Pack - Drops 5 random items with at least 3 Rares, 15%-17.5% chance for UR. 749,000

destructable terrain that changes the way the maps play. Playing the same map won't always play the same way based on which elements of the map are destroyed opening or closing chokepoints, creating or destroying camping locations, etc.

I also want to have the ability to create my own maps on different planets. I could for example create several maps or "cities" on Palaven for example and then create a playlist out of them so I would be like creating my own levels to progress through.

P.S. Bioware - Feel free to hire me.

when looking at your friends list, show what map, faction, difficulty, wave they are on. so if it is joinable, i know what i am getting into, or i can send them troll messages if they are playing a certain setup, etc.

This made me lol.

OT, generic upgrades for each category would be a nice compromise. Everything still unlocks/upgrades at the same pace, we just decide where it goes.

The loading screen at the end of the mission should have mission highlight reels hosted by news anchor Al-Jilani.

 1)  Large, Battlefield sized maps.
 2)  Dead Rising levels of enemies.  This is supposed to be a warzone.
 3)  Multiple squads active at a time on the battlefield.
 4)  Customizeable characters (to an extent.  The differing classes should still be distinguishable from each other)
 5)  As the maps and enemy count would now be too large to simply "kill them all" as on objective, things should be switched to "hold this position for this long" along with multiple other objectives (Hack, recover intel, escort, etc, etc)
 6)  Downed squadmates can be converted into another Reaper enemy.
 7)  No PVP
 8)  No "Best" weapons like harrier, reegar, etc.  The larger map size would alleviate a lot of that, but I mean no more flat out OP broken DPS from any one gun.  Different guns should be suited to different situations.
9)  Multiple objectives active at a time, to accomodate multiple squads.  Then you could even go help another squad with their objective after finishing yours.
10)  Keep the store RNG, but fix the chances as you  accumulate more guns (High chance for guns the more guns you have).  Otherwise, people will just buy their favorite guns or the ones they think are best ASAP, then never bother with others.
11)  A button is not for everything anymore.
12)  Each character having more than just 3 powers, then you choose which three to equip before every mission.

I'll post more as I think of more.

Does anyone think it would be possible for inter-platform play? And if so would anyone like that idea. And if you don't know what I mean, I mean like playsstation Xbox and pc all playing together on the same server.

But I guess that would require Sony and Microsoft to play nice which is unlikely.
