The only reason they made the Shepard dying ending is so that people don't rush through the game and complain it's short (and to put an emphasis on "suicide" mission)

Well, it's clearly in the game as a story option, so the death being meaningful makes the most sense. I have one particular shepard that I plan to "kill" in the story death to see what happens. I just hope it's not the paragon thing to do is kill yourself/and/or renagade option is to survive that will ****** me off.
