It's probably to much to hope for, but would love to see a movie geared toward dark maul or boba fett, But what do I know?

"Besides the images, we were also shown several clips of very early, rough, animatic-style animation. Some had finished voice work from The Clone Wars cast, while others had temp tracks from others who worked on the show.

 

Cad and Boba

The first clip showed Cad Bane and Boba Fett, camping out on Tatooine. In the scene, Bane explains to Boba that he has come to realize they are surrounded by Sandpeople. When Boba says he thinks they can beat those hunting them, Bane agrees it would be a great fight – but then tells Boba he wants him to be captured, to learn more about their foes. Boba reluctantly agrees, though the two still go through fighting the Sandpeople to make it look real, before Boba lets himself be knocked out and dragged away, while Bane launches into the air with his boot jets, blasting those who dared to try and swarm him. When Bane’s droid tells Bane he’s worried for Boba, Bane replies, “He should be fine – as long as those sandpeople aren’t hungry.”

 

The Wookiees

In this clip, Wookiees and Clones are riding creatures through the forest when they are attacked by huge, insect-type creatures -- Filoni noted they were from Knights of the Old Republic -- who shoot web at them. In the fight that follows, some of the Wookiee get to really unleash, with one picking up one of the insects above his head and smashing it to the ground.

 

Ahsoka

A fun, fast-paced clip was shown that Filoni noted had a purposeful Indiana Jones influence, where the danger just keeps escalating for Ahsoka. In the scene, she’s flying her new Speeder Bike through the Coruscant skies, only for the engine to begin to give out, resulting in the bike turning upside down and Ahsoka hanging from it, desperately trying to right herself and avid smashing into other vehicles. One great moment has her bike hurl towards a wall and Ahsoka manages to bank it away at the last moment, running her feet alongside the wall, while the bike pulls her along as she clutches to it. When Ahsoka finally stops the bike on a platform, she laments being sold something so faulty, as a mysterious (and handsome) young man watches her from afar.

 

Dooku vs. Bounty Hunters

In a very intriguing and exciting scene, we see a group of bounty hunters, including Bossk, Embo, Latts Razzi and Boba Fett (wearing his iconic green armor for the first time in The Clone Wars era) in a huge fight with Count Dooku! Filoni and Hidalgo wouldn’t give any context for the fight, but it was an impressive one, showing off Dooku’s skills in a big way. At one point, when Razzi and Fett attempt to tie him up, he shoots Force Lightning out of his hand and up the ropes they’ve whipped around him, electrifying his attackers. When Embo throws his lethal hat at Dooku, he Force deflects it with a giant blast back at Embo, and it nearly gets Embo, until his dog leaps in the air and catches it at the last moment.

 

After this clip, Filoni noted that the upcoming Star Wars novel Dark Disciple is based on the scripts for the eight episodes telling the Boba Fett and Asajj Ventress bounty hunter stories, so these events will be added to official canon soon."
