Hi everyone, I dont know much (nothing
) about animation etc.. But I recently was wondering how did Bioware create the reapers walking in the background, they appear in a lot of missions but they look so perfect on the vancouver mission, prologue.
So I was wondering, are the Reapers part of the skybox(dome)? If even such thing applies... Or are they animated 3D models?

I'm not an expert on animation, but I would have to say if there is one set of animations that are going to look better than the others, it's going to be Vancouver/prologue. As that was the demo, you want to present the gamer, who is essentially trying the demo to see if they should buy it or not, with the best you got in order to entice them. With that in mind, i would assume BW made everything in the prologue just a little bit better than the rest of the game.

Those 2D sprints of people down there looked slightly glitchy, but I guess it's better to have them there than not... Maybe.
