Actual funniest/weirdest death happened by banshees magnet claw. Ran past her and was like few meters past when my character freezes and starts to slide backwards. Slide ended infront of the bashee and it got me up and fisted me... 

Oh, man...I remember those days. Magnet Hands was beyond cheap, and the source of much swearing from me and my friends. She tried to pull me through a wall, once. My guy kept doing the moonwalk into the wall until finally a Marauder just came in the doorway (Ghost) and gave me the business.

I hesitated at taking medigel in front of Atlas, which picked vanguard up and crushed him. Just before Atlas executed his victim I decided to fight, but after medigel I got hit from Atlas melee trying to escape. Despite of taking damage I thought I had escaped, but then Atlas used magnet and sync-killed me.

Tonight I walked backwards into a space crab. Somebody nuked it and saved me...then I ran into another one that was right behind the first one and got grabbed again.

Just recently, pug/White/Gold/Cerberus. The match went pretty well but at one time three of us took cover opposite of the LZ. A second later a single grenade lands behind us and two seconds later we all drop dead.
