So basically people want everyone in your squad to be homosexual. Yeah right, thats because being ****** seems to be the new metrosexual, do i see a trend here? The new wave? Did i miss something?
Do people really want to have their quota black/****** whoever feels misrepresented to be in a videogame?
I can already foresee the future of film and game making

It seems that a sizable portion of gamers *would* like female to female romance (I know I would). It would only be fair to also include male/male for roleplay reasons as well as to satisfy gay male gamers. So far the no same-sex romance has put a damper on the game for me. Come on Bioware

Sorry, but if I see a skinhead walking down the street wearing tight leather, covered in almost full body tatoo's, and full of piercings, a bit of things are going to go through my mind.
First and foremost I'm likely to think that the woman is militant in personality: very loud, confrontational, and very prone to violence.
As for her sexuality, I would really doubt her being heterosexual as that would be too "mainstream" for somebody so radical. They'd likely be into a lot of sex and drug-use, and they'd likely prefer to have sex with multiple partners both women and men, possibly at the same time.
SuZe is pretty damn scary looking. Definitely somebody I'd likely prefer to avoid making eye-contact with.

I'm guessing it's bioware's fear of the military's issues with homosexuality tbh. They have been much more open in other games, especially, DA:O. I don't understand why we're stuck with 'humanoids'. Liara was awesome, but a repeat is silly.

Now for those that don't know, Sinead once came out as a blessed ****** years ago, then for some reason, decided she just could not do the ****** thing because she missed **** or something, and married a dude...actually several dudes.
So using this example, it's obvious that SZ is meant to be Bioware's version of Sinead O'Connor, and thus explains why Subject Zero is into dudes, and not chicks..

Probably because it´s true. Having a lesbian relationship as man is the best thing about RPing. Not much sense in dating a dude (if you´re gay), even less in dating a girl (what you do in real life, unless you´re gay).

FYI: Subject Zero suffered heavy psychological, physical and spiritual torment. That's why she went to the extreme reason, and that's why she looks like the way she does. When a women who is actually lesbian goes this way, it usually means she's disturbed and want to stick out, nothing more. These are whole different stories.

In my case, you're right I'm a straight male playing a femshep. Why? More original, better acting (Hale), less stereotyped, more of a change, better experience (in my opinion). Playing a strong heroine is fun but the man in me still appreciates female curves
Since this is a game, a role-playing game, why can't I decide to have my cake and eat it? That's part of the attraction of playing games. This whole fems for males and males for fems is constricting, the gamer should be able to decide whether his hero or heroine is gay or straight or bi. It's about choices. I like choices. Don't you?

You have a choices if you want to romance on of the femalesquad mates play a male shepard. Do you think after the crap bioware got with femshep/Liara they would risk it with a femshep/Suize romance.They can't make up some crap saying it not a same sex romance if they did that with a femshep/Suize romance.And if it was in game it would get banned in some places plus Boiware and EA are already taking a big risk with DO:A.The game that was put out was fine but with some of the mods that you can get for it you can bet there will be a backlash at some point.

Why should I have to stare at some dude's butt for my entire playthrough just to be able to romance the characters I want to? A F/F romance is the best of both worlds, because my shepard can be aesthetically pleasing to me while still allowing me to see the romance plots with the characters that appeal to me.
I would be willing to bet there's a lot of other guys who this would appeal to for similar reasons. Maybe even as many as 1/4th of us...

Well if people complain about there being no Indians and Asians in the game, they may be speaking to the fact that if they are so populous now. I enjoyed seeing Samir Bhatia simply because it is good to see diversity given what the world and NASA looks like now, but I'd not have demanded it, or felt bad if Samir was Chinese or Gambian.
Putting in diversity just for the sake of placating egos or to reflect the world as it is NOW is nonsense.
I see ME as a reflection of what the story writers believe the future of humanity looks like. Are we still a multitude of races, are we all one pleasant shade of taupe, or are caucasians dominating the scientific/diplomatic/military fields. Either is fine with me, because it is a fictional world and they don't need to be logical, or realistic. They only need to be plausible.
And I can respect that even if their vision of the future doesn't include my own ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc. I would expect it to however include my gender!
