i think jacob and jack can also raise a kid with you in the epilogue of me3 i think it will be boy is done with kaiden, or jacob, with ashley it sort of 50 50 boy or girl maybe it is effected on if you where renegade or paragon note in end of me2 star is blue or red depending on what choice you made and the child 's appearance may be different as well because as renegade in me2 you have alot of scars and red eyes so child may look like a demon but most likely having a kid will be for paragons maybe there will be a point where you chose gender of child since its in the future so you can make yours or your parterns fluids have mostly x or y chromosomes unless its with liara then its automatically a girl. with tali and garrus adoption, a powerful immune system boost, genetic alteration, or dna reconstruction may be nessesary tali may need all 3 but quarian look more like humans then turians do not sure about face though

so it may be easier or harder for tali but she is willing to be exiled to keep her fathers name good, and she has not trusted any quarian as much as she has trusted shepard so she may be willing to undergo that process for shepard which will be only difficult part of it, even if she has a couple more fingers plus she will be able to smell the flowers so it may be nice for her and him or since he defeated the reapers he may have enough sway to get geth to give quarians homeworld back but other two processes will be nessesary and shepard will have earned the trust and the influence of everyone in the galaxy for what he has done so probably will be possible in me3 will probably be longer than dragon age because one reaper desimated the turian and alliance fleet and almost destroyed every sapient race in the galaxy and reaper controlled collectors where a huge pain in the ass so shepard will have to assemble more than an impressive team to win this, may be fun to get geth on my side also some assignments in me3 should have more intereactive dialog it is boring at the end of me2 except for the dlc

I kinda wished that the Liara romance of ME1 wasn't a choice. It would be so cool to have an Asari that "takes after her father" and goes off to save the universe some 100 years later.

Actually Cerberus would want someone like Jack to be able to have children. Remember Cerberus is looking to the future of Mankind, so by being able to breed in strong biotic traits or at increase the chances of those traits carrying on I don't think they'd do anything that would hurt those chances of happening.

Although now that I think about it she did go on to do all kinds of stuff to herself on her own once she was out of Cerberus' hands.
