If not, then the only alternative is an asari. I personally find the thought of being a sexy asari commando with Shep's DNA really awesome

Actually Cerberus would want someone like Jack to be able to have children. Remember Cerberus is looking to the future of Mankind, so by being able to breed in strong biotic traits or at increase the chances of those traits carrying on I don't think they'd do anything that would hurt those chances of happening.
Although now that I think about it she did go on to do all kinds of stuff to herself on her own once she was out of Cerberus' hands.
You're assuming that biotics in humans are passed down genetically. They aren't. She may have the genes that determine how strong a biotic she is, but if she didnt' survive the initial eezo contact, she could very well be dead.
Anyway, this has the potential to be really bad cheese, not to mention nitrogen-based material for people with alien LIs to bring up the proposal of hybrid children again. Ugh.

But with Tali? Nah, 'tis impossible. (Unless they decide to adopt someone, but I don't think that'd count. >_>)
Edit: What the-? That is quite the necro...

ugh really? There's one of these threads in the DA2 forum, too. Why does everyone want virtual kids? The desire to start a virtual family in a space opera seems really out of place.
Personally I'm holding out for The Sims: Star Wars Edition. Who's with me?!

IF Liara has children their not genetically shepards
Not genetically... but she still melded with Shepard in canon (up to 3 times, depending on when you got her!) and we don't know enough to know whether that melding "counts" for reproductive purposes. It certainly seems deep/intimate enough from her description. Even without intending to at the time, she could retain a strong enough "imprint" of Shepard to develop a daughter based on him/her.
And if Aethyta is any indication, some of the father's traits do make it down the line - or at least, they aren't as random as Asari believe.
She is also the only character that can have offspring with either gender of Shep. She definitely has feelings for Shep (she turns the commander's body over to Cerberus because she "cannot let go"), which may have made her "receptive." (Think Kif Kroker from Futurama.)
