I don't own any games that I think others don't know or haven't tried. Though if I'd have to name something:

Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines (for the PC).

It's a hugely underrated RPG but it has a very solid fanbase. Check this game out!

NES: The Goonies II
SNES: Terranigma (Fire Emblem Genealogy of the Holy War is a great choice too, probably the best/2nd/3rd best FE game, though its Japan only. There is a translation patch though...)
Mega Drive/Genesis: Sonic 3 & Knuckles (technically two games in one, but whatevs, also had barely any games for the MD so this has to suffice)
N64: Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon (This was a legit hard choice for me, if I'm to choose only one.)
PS1: Final Fantasy IX (More overlooked than its last two predecessors at least, for some reason. I blame FFX) Or if that don't count Castlevania: Symphony of the Night?
Dreamcast: Shenmue
GameCube: Tales of Symphonia
PS2: Star Ocean Till the End of Time (would say Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence but you can get the MGS HD collection now so meh)
Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles
Xbox 360: Tales of Vesperia (Though there's a PS3 version since with a metric f***ton of exclusive content added. Downside? Only in Japan)
PS3: Tales of Graces f (Massive Tales fan if you couldn't tell) Ignoring my bias, Valkyria Chronicles, or if you don't mind Rhythym games or Japanese music, Project DIVA F, though there's only a demo for now, at least here in the West.

Game Boy: Zelda: Link's Awakening?
Game Gear: Sonic Triple Trouble (prob the only good game on the system, next to Sonic Chaos)
Game Boy Colour: Zelda Oracle of Ages and Seasons (Seasons pales in comparison, but it's needed to get the most out of Ages)
Game Boy Advance: Final Fantasy VI Advance, Fire Emblem (7), Advance Wars
DS: Advance Wars: Dark Conflict/Days or Ruin OR The World Ends With You (You can get this on iOS devices now)
PSP: Dissidia 012: Final Fantasy

Completely agree and it still feels weird saying this but with all the new games coming, next gen included, I am most excited for the Ducktales remastered on Xbox. Watch some vids of it and it brought back so many memories
