I'm not able to post in the Dragon Age Origins PC technical  support forum even though I have a registered game, an account more than 24 hours old (couple of years in fact) and have played whilst logged in on an origins account. Far as I can tell, I meet all the requirements, yet it still tells me "You do not meet the requirements to post in this forum. Please see the FAQ for more details." What do I still need to do?

Also, my DA:O content updater is running, but under my downloadable content tab:
-available content  list is empty
-download progress is not empty (the game knows I have DLCs), BUT all are stopped at 0% with the message 'download failed'. Have tried DNS flush and reinstalling my .net framework, both did not work. Any help will be appreciated.

There is no one able to post in any active game's former self-help forum. The only such forums not locked down are those for dead-end games that no further Bioware releases will ever appear for. There is a header blurb atop all of the closed forums that is summarized in the one line description of the master index for each such, and the topmost sticky message repeats that information.

Thus, it would seem that you need a new prescription for visual correction.

The Technical forums have been closed since EA implemented the similar service, EA Answer HQ, which is linked in your sidebar. You can also contact EA Game Support from their website.

The above situation has not changed, no matter how any gamer might prefer otherwise.
