I guess I'm goin' with the Lancer. I don't like it THAT much, but I realize it's super versatile. It's the Turian Sentinel of weapons. Much more useful than the Talon, imo.

To me, the Black Widow is the best weapon in the game by a wide margin. The reason is simple: it doesn't need a single mod to be competent. It's got decent ammo, innate piercing, immense power, and auto-center for the recoil.

A properly modded Harrier, Hurricane, Javelin (for the GI), or Wraith might be better overall, but they need mods to be fully functional (piercing, stability damper, smart choke, ammo) and wouldn't be able to compete with a modless Black Widow.

Another vote for the Saber. Goes well with all my favourite kits, looks great and handles the same.

It sounds so good when you fire it. But if you're stood next to someone firing it. Not so much.

ARs: Harrier
SMGs: CSMG
Shotguns: Raider
Pistols: Arc Pistol

gotta be the Talon. I think it's the top choice for the biggest amount of classes.

For me it's the top gun for most of the Adepts, at least 4 Sentinels, 4/6/6/6/4 Infiltrators, Marksman soldiers, Engineers, all Vanguards...

Can't say the same about any SR or shotgun, or even Lancer.

It it the harrier or the reegar. Any other answer is simply incorrect/trolling.

Depends on the character (caster v. weapons platform) along with what weapon amps available, right? So I try to mix it up.

Sniper: black widow (javelin's probably better but not with me yet)
SMG: CSMG (maybe Hurricane if I had it higher level?)
Assault rifle: Typhoon on some, Harrier on others
Pistol: Acolyte (Talon just seems so pew pew)
Shotgun: Reegar or Piranha
