wiki claim i can raise an unconscious party member with revival,
only i dont have unconscious option under ally/status !

Instead i tried

immobilized
knocked down
can't attack
sleeping

In fact i have them all just for the measure
........but to no avail, the golem dont raise anything when i fight harvester

And while i'm at it, is there any way to keep members staying away from trouble without
pressing halt and do it all myself ?

It's an AOE that brings them back to life after their health goes to zero. You have to put it over their body.

I found a way to make golem stay put and just do his healing, without locking the entire party
in a stand-still mode.
Just select in tactics ' wait'
