So I just started chapter two and spoke to Fenris (Questioning Beliefs) where he said something about getting together with Hawke on a different evening yet when I return to the estate nothing happens.  Strangly enough Isabela talks to Hawke as if they had already be together.  Have I not done something or is this a bug?

Fenris' "getting together" will trigger after his personal quest "A Bitter Pill". After completing Blackpowder Courtesy, travel with Fenris in your party to an area outside of Kirkwall, like Sundermount or the Wounded Coast. The quest should start then. Do not flirt with other companions, especially Isabela, because this tends to break Fenris' romance. Good luck!
