I was in a recent pug with Leland gaunt - I still remember him doing the asari backslide pizza carry very effectively - on xbox. Legendary.

Learn to do it on host first, once you've got it down you can do it off host just at a slower pace.

I actually find it funny. In pugs I usually try to pick it up first so the team is forced to actually play that objective. I don't even need to try, most times.
In friend games it's ok, I will pick it up if I find it near but I won't go over my head to take it myself on purpose and walk it.

It doesn't matter which one is faster because walking while possibly headbutting things is the most amazing method of locomotion to ever be considered, but for honorable mention's sake...
