I support this. Currently more interested in a Varric romance, but this would also be something interesting.

Sparks fly when you romance both at once. And by sparks I mean arrows.

Been thinking about this for a bit:

Romances in Bioware games share a common theme (I suspect there are exceptions) - learning who the person is beyond the mask they hold up to the world. Someone put it the other day: "who they would be for a friend".

That could take someone who follows, or has followed, the Qun to pretty interesting places. Is this something built into them? Is there room for doubt? The Qunari we've seen so far have been unshakeable, it would add considerably depth to have one we could shake. So to speak.

And yes, if very tall and muscular grey men with horns are a fetish then I have a fetish.

Personally I never thought of it as a fetish because nothing in the dragon age games "does it" for me in real life, but I don't judge people who are more into that. I just thought a male Qunari/Kossith/Ox-dude boyfriend would be fun. :-)

I'd tap that.

I hope we get a big muscular manly man at least. The female LIs are so varied and yet the male ones all have that whiny, possibly angsty, dependant and somewhat feminine personality. It's fine and all but I want variety.

He would need to be TalVashoth and I'm in! Wonder how much longer till we start to hear more news... Things like who our LI's will be and whatnot.

Personally I'm not interested in Kossith romance myself.

I would faint from happiness lol

Especially if it were Maraas.

Yes it's weird that people who want to romance (not watch a porno with) a qunari are branded (by the devs themselves) as freaks and fetishists. But people who love the Liara, Garrus, or Tali romances are tooootally fine.

I absolutely loved Sten in Origins, mostly because his worldview was so different that I found him really compelling.

As a general rule, the romances aren't a big part of these games for me. But I think romance with a really different character would be intriguing.

A qunari/Kossith/oxman LI that looks like these guys^^^ would be perfect for fans. I don't seen how this type of romance is any more of a fetish than elves or dwarves...

They're obviously, pardon my trekkie-talk, humanoid...

Seriously. I'm not even sure if Garrus has genitalia, or a pelvis for that matter...

Edit: Though Bioware gave straight fem Shep like TWO romance options, one of which was a goofy alien and the other is just recycled from the first game if he didn't die. Laaaaame. ME did not cater to straight female players at all....

LOL  But yeah, not to sh|t on Garrus fans, but it is weird and... pardon my pre-school attitude... not fair!

The goat fella in your OP and the "pretty" qunari posted a few posts above this one are very attractive, indeed. However, I'm perfectly fine with the "less than attractive" model that the qunari possess now. They are not handsome guys. But they are intriguing, and I can only imagine what a romance arc with one would be like.

I'm supportive of Kossith LI's, Dwarven LI's, or really just any non-human LI's. I like a little variety. It keeps things spicy.

I'd rather not have a prettied-up Qunari.
(Actually, I'd like to have some more 'plain' or simply interesting-looking (like the Qunari) LIs in general. Not everyone has to be conventionally beautiful.)
The Qunari are so interesting and appealing BECAUSE they are so different, both in looks and in personality/upbringing. Having a Qunari male or female that was, for some reason, smaller, less muscular and more boyishly handsome than the others would...I don't know, I guess it would feel incredibly forced.

Hey, after I romanced Garrus, a Qunari seems downright "closer to home."  After hordes of female gamers (including me) went around requesting an LI as vague as "malien" for no other reason than "guys got Liara!" I've never understood why a Qunari should be considered the least bit fetishistic in comparison.

If he looked like the Arishock - that'd be awesome.

Some I to understand that someone read Saga got all hot for Marko and came to BSN so they could make a thread saying they want a Ox-men husbando?

If that's the case I want one of  those T.V headed aliens in Mass Effect and the Lying Cat as waifu.

I don't think Bioware is ready to do a BDSM romance just yet; even right after the hype pf Fifty Shades of Grey.

I was just using Marko as an example of a similar looking type of race (horns) that is well advertised as a romantic interest.

I think it's possible to make a Qunari "dashing".

I would support this if he is Tal-Vashoth. Bonus points if he's the huge guy in the trailer.
