The thought of making a roman style aquaduct got me into Max again. The question is, how do I make a valley group? I've got a 3x7 group made with the raised terrain tiles set in 3 heights above ground level. How do I get the toolset to place it? I'm assuming it's a height issue.
Aquaduct build question.

Cant you post a screenshot in 3dsmax with outlines of every tile so we can see what preference every tile needs?

The number of changes to a terrain the toolset can do at one time is rather low. If it has to raise one terrain and change another from grass to sand there's not much more it can do when a group is placed, so the terrain you want to place your group on has to match the terrain of your group pretty closely. Especially when raised terrain is involved, make sure that the terrain is already raised in the right places before you place your group.

Can't helpt you much I'm afraid. But you could take a look at sens addons for Worms Seasonal Forest tileset. There is a huge waterfall group (7x5), which can't be placed in the editor without some preparation:

Like Zwerkules said, you would need to prepare the area quite exensively before placing the tile group.

Nice work! The terrain looks very unnatural. It would look better with hills, but it's not your fault that there are no hills in the rural tileset.

Nice work. Is it walkable ? (on the top or below ?)

I will be making a blocking walkmesh for the Arch pillars. I could try a smaller one for the rolling hills tileset I suppose.
