But I saw a headcannon today that was basically Pyrrha having a split personality (akin to a injured Nui Harime) when she goes unconscious fighting

Yeah, pretty much.
That's...ok I guess, though my main problem with headcanons is that they typically should have some logic behind it.
For example.
I love the Dark Souls headcanon that Solaire is Gwyns unnamed son who was the God of War banished for losing some history books. As it has some logic and evidence behind it. It seems plausible. Most headcanons just seem like people making stuff up.
My troll headcanon is Weiss has a large posterior but I don't have any actual evidence to back it up.

Also, you're right, it's not a head cannon really, it's more of fanfic summary.
Note: if your headcanon can be put into the summary box of a fanfic, it's not a headcanon.

Guys, you already think I'm perverted and sometimes I might even be just a little, but at least I know the proportions.
And there is NO way Weiss can have a large® posteriour if you just look at her legs. Fencing is a very athletic and very much footwork centric activity. That means the body is going to be shaped by it, which also means there will be natural proportions. And since Weiss is having rather slim legs, there is no way her gluteus maximus and gluteus medius would be noticably larger than what you'd expect from a lean build body like Weiss already has.
