Actually, it makes sense. Jessica Nigri has other things going on, and other cosplays she wants to do. Besides, she's had all of a few seconds voiced and released to the public as Cinder. It would be better if she waited till RTX 2014 and later to cosplay the character, as that'd drum up interest for RWBY at the optimal time. Doing it now would just be random.
