Basically,
Everyone=Auras
Not everyone=Semblances
As semblances require unlocking. At least, as far as we know with what little we have.
From my perspective, its the semblances that make people special. Easy as hell to say everyone has an aura if they don't use it or know of it.

Only if you need some quick clarifying. There's a link in the OP to it.

Eventually, I'm sure it'll happen. We need more exposition than Pyrrha's little chat with Jaune.

I'm interested to see if how important Weiss' family is going to be in the story. They seem like they could potentially be big players later on.
Sometimes I feel like I'm watching someone play Shinobi. The action in this series is very game like in a good way.

I imagine quite important, given their involvement in the dust industry.

Yep. I also like the little teaser name drop they have with Winter. I don't know anything about her but I get the distinct feeling she's a badass.
Saw the Penny reveal coming from a mile away.. But then again I'm guessing most people probably did

Plenty of people denied the obvious fact that Penny wasn't human. *shrugs* People.
As for Winter, I wonder how long we'll go without knowing much about her. Age, appearance, semblance, role in the Schnee family and business, the kind of relationship she has with Weiss(close, distant, etc etc).

*Coffee comic strip*
Don't know why so many people affix characteristics with how you drink your beverage.

I don't know how many people actually denied it so much as just saying they didn't want it to be true and would rather it were more complex (Was it Grav with the string semblance idea? That sort of thing). The concept as it is is kinda played out.
It could sill go places I suppose, so they'll get the benefit of the doubt for now.

I prefer the term "irrational", but I suppose suspicions of belonging to a specific science fiction fandom would inevitably arouse within short order.
But we digress. Back to comical renditions of coffee preference discrimination.
I do actually suspect Jaune to be a tea drinker actually.

Coffee is the ultimate weapon. Just saying.
Firsthand observation of the common hominis discipulus affirms that notion. Coffee positively inhibits their longterm performance over the day and appears to have at least psychologically addictive attributes.
