Until I'm finally cast in something (Really hoping on that Metal Gear Remake)
I won't trash any of the voice actors, though Adam certainly had room for improvement.
But thus far everyones done pretty well.

Now with the first season completed i'd say it was more enjoyable than expected and in no small part thanks to the insane amount of passion coming out of everything. As said before, not the best show or the best components but likeable characters and enough passion to fuel the universe it's doing just fine! Love the soundtrack though, can easily have it on the background while doing other stuff. Blake is at least for now my favorite character but Weiss isn't that far behind. Both Yang and Ruby are quite likeable aswell so they could easily take a shot at first spot given the chance. Will be catching up on the episodes that've been released in season 2 quite shortly. Very interested in seeing just how much the team that's making the show has progressed given the experience they learned during the first season.

I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Wait till we find out Rah's opinion on the first three episodes of Volume Two, hahaha
I wouldn't say all. Best Character Yang sounds exactly the same, naturally.
Yang the obvious exception. That trailer was glorious all round.
Ruby at the end of it though... thats exactly what I was referring to. Sooo much better now.

Good lord yeah. That was off. But listen to her now. Much win.
Considering Nigri is the only outside talent they hired (And Cortana, but that was for narration of episode 1)
It is quite impressive.
Well they probably got tips from the RvB team to help them start out.

They have hired outside talent outside of those two. Not everyone voicing characters in RWBY is an employee of Roosterteeth. Take for example Katie Newville(voice of Emerald Sustrai), RWBY animator Shane Newville's wife; She's been brought on to voice characters in RWBY and Red vs Blue, but otherwise she's got her own things going on.
Yeah I don't really consider that outside talent, since there is some connection to the company.
They were pretty much all a bit iffy back in the trailers, if I remember correctly.
They've come a long way. I'd expect Adam will have done the same.
What are you saying?
Ruby and Weiss were perfect in their trailers.
I'll admit, given the circumstances there, their performance was stellar.

Everyone is so picky. I think all the voice acting done in the show is good.

Ruby at the end of the Yellow trailer.
Speaking of whom, I am interested when and in what capacity Adam will make his non-trailer premiere in RWBY.

White Fang, likely.
White Fang, likely.
Likely indeed, given the foreshadowing from the trailer the appearance of what strongly resembled his silhuette during one of Blake's recalls about the White Fang.
The question is, is he going to be an antagonist, working in league with the Lady In Crimson, or do the writers intend something else?

Inside man helping Blake?
Unbidden images of Michael as a fairy sprung to mind, persisted and are continuing to haunt me.
Bouncing posts back and forth hahaha, anyway just visualize it this way
Michael Jones of Roosterteeth and Achievement Hunter, voice of Sun Wukong in RWBY,
has landed another role
Blonde dude with Abs?
Shocking change of pace.
Honestly though, pretty cool.

Gonna laugh if he consistently lands the roles of blondes with abs in animes
It'll be his inescapable curse.
