Kill la Kill is pretty awesome, but for me it drags in the middle.
Gurren Lagann felt better paced, and pushed the ridiculous envelope alot more.

To me Gurren Lagann was the one that dragged. The entire time skip/drama associated with that period was all just stupid. Also them dragging in and keeping dumb characters like button pusher really got on my nerves.
Kill la Kill got so much done in every episode with a stronger emphasis on character awesomeness and action then pointless melodrama.
Agree to disagree.
I liked both of them, and I'm excited for the KLK OVA.
But Gurren Lagann I just kinda liked a little more.
The Giant Robots the size of Galaxies probably being a good reason...
Christmas Beach episode fighting a giant crab clearly.
Absolutely needs to happen.

Fair enough. That ep 17 to 23 quagmire though is what makes me not like it as strongly. That and I like the one on one action more.
Giant robots were awesome though, as well as a lot of the fights.
Back to RWBY.
They do need a Christmas beach special.

I get the distinct impression that a RWBY eroge would sell enough copies that Monty and crew could buy golden (not goldplated, golden) computers, peripherals (with cut diamonds as key buttons, which Monty can then rip out if he doesn't need them) and still donate half of it, henceforth ending world poverty forever ... for all time.
Or am I wrong?
..................................................................... I'm not going to deny it.
Post Mortum gift giving is totally a thing.
Just a present that never got to them until this episode.
