As for the consistency with the eye colour, they get a free pass on that one. When she was first seen at the White Fang meetup they were both brown, but clearly that wasn't the case later on. Could be that they change when she uses her illusion semblance thingie. (It'd seem like a bit of a give-away if that's the case though).

It's actually not that hard. Just say it once slowly to get the tongue warmed up and you can say it fluently surprisingly fast.
