Seeing how she wasn't even in color at launch (see wut I did thar?) I somehow doubt she'll be in focus during this episode. In fact I suspect she isn't going to get any screen time at all and end up being praised or something to build up the mystique around her.

I wouldn't be surprised if she got through that initiation on her own. Then we'd get an arc of "find partner for Blake" during which we might for example get screentime from Adam for example.
Just wild guessing of course, but it holds some appeal to me.

I'm just under the assumption that since the students are gonna be paired with someone for four whole years, to make a team like Team RWBY, they'd need to be teamed with other people that will be in that group.
Meaning for Team RWBY to be a thing, there has to be-
Ruby+Yang-Weiss+Blake
Ruby+Weiss-Yang+Blake
Ruby+Blake-Weiss+Yang
The second one being the most likely, in my opinion.
