So Blake is the driver, Weiss on comms, Yang is most likely both gunner and loader, judging by the bandage below her eye and Ruby as commander.

Unfortunately, I can't quite identify the tank for certain, but it is most likely a Panzer VI if it is indeed a Girls und Panzer crossover. That means they can fit one more in there to take one of Yang's jobs.
