Bears shred trees to mark their territories. Pyrrha marked her territory with Jaune by pinning him to a tree.
Wonder what they are going to do with the next episode, are we going to see everyone else's landing and teaming up, or follow Ruby and Weiss through the forest a little bit?

Hopefully jumping between Ruby and Weiss dealing with beowolves, Lie and Nora meeting up, Yang being waaay ahead of everyone else now having to find a partner, and whatever Jaune and Pyrrha are gonna be up to.

Well I think her fight scene is the best, if only because the others are simply way too fast and I don't really care for their weapons.

Not best character.
I think a sword would be best, but Weiss' is more like a stab stab weapon and I don't like the scythe. I honestly don't know what Blake uses--hers might be best.

Also, Blake's sheath is a blade in and of itself, the weapon inside is a scythe, that is hooked to a sort of ribbon-chain lookin thing, that also shoots like a pistol.
Its totally unsafe but she seems to handle it well enough.

Sword-spear-gun is elaborate. So will Jaune's when the shield creates a defensive bubble. Ren's pistol knives that fit in his sleeves are pretty elaborate too.
