I eat them as a sweet and still healthy snack after workouts or archery.
Pretty simple really. Take dates, run them under warm running water, use fingers to take off skin around the date(if you don't want to eat that stuff, otherwise ignore). Open the date up, take out the seed(unless its already been removed). Fill it with cream cheese, and eat it.
Or you could just open the date up, cut it into pieces, and put some date and cream cheese on a ****** and eat it that way. Though I prefer the former with no ******.
Good stuff. Sweet, healthy, delicious.
Best Character Yang would be all over that.

My bad, just had a nightshift and thanks to insanely thoughtfull neighbours giving me a sample of their surround system quality, I couldn't sleep.
