These things are clearly internally suppressed, and would make sense to have that in a relatively loud weapon like an automatic pistol. Especially in a forest, to attract the least amount of attention.

Every time I hear about the newest episodes from people(I don't think it was anyone in this thread though), I hear some insult about Lie Ren's pistols sounding wimpy. Look at this screen shot.

These things are clearly internally suppressed, and would make sense to have that in a relatively loud weapon like an automatic pistol. Especially in a forest, to attract the least amount of attention.

His weapons match his personality. Silent.

Pff, who needs weapons when you can asplode the monster's head with your palms. Them guns are just to lure them into a false sense of security until he breaks out the real weapon ... himself!

I noticed how silent his weapons were compared to what I expected.
Jarring at first, because of the way he was using them. I think if they were gonna be silenced, it might have been better to show them at their strengths first, so that people got the idea.
Going guns blazing with silenced weapons just throws people off, methinks.

I really need to get drawing again, Pyrrha is a good start. Human females are rather easy for me, and I feel like it could add a lot to the design with really good shading (another forte of mine on paper.)

What I find strange(we've already talked about what fan art does to Yang) with fan art with Pyrrha, is that she actually loses "assets" for muscle.

Is it just me or was this "abridged" less funny than the original?
Other than that, audio work in it is abyssmal, the jokes are ... high school niveau and the episode totally missed to try and make fun of the mysterious lady in red, which is practically BEGGING for something like this if you already do an abridged series about it.
Final Verdict:
Meh, not good at all.

The first five episodes were all shoddily abridged, which is great. I like that it doesn't have loads of work behind it. To me it makes it funnier.

"Why, did I insult your Waifu?"
Funniest response I've seen in a while...other than that,
only line in the actual series that got a laugh outta me is "Wait a second, somethings wrong here....Those sleeves are clipping!"

Today I did 500 decline wide arm push ups, 1000 crunches, 1000 oblique crunches, and 500 goblet squats.
Tomorrow morning will suck.
But it got me wondering what workouts the RWBY characters will go through, if they'll end up working out at all.
