As far as Weiss being the most powerful in Team RWBY, I don't know. Myrtenaster is freaking amazing though(which makes me glad since I said months ago that I'd want it as my weapon over the others).
Though if you go back to Ep 8, you'll see that Weiss seemed exhausted after setting Ruby up for her run up the mountain.
I wonder if it was the dust that made her tired(which I doubt) or if she was just exhausted from the fighting, the aiming, etc etc

The thing that impressed me was that she wasn't flustered by having to take on so many enemies at once. I'm not sure if that's overconfidence or if she is that good. We didn't really get a chance to see, unfortunately.
