Here's my personal perspective with RWBY: It's highest points are A) Action Scenes, and Humor. If you're looking for a meaningful storyline, it really hasn't done much so far. As TMH said above, the episodes are all of 6 minutes on average(and they're all free to watch), so you're losing very little in trying.

It's an above average show. I'm not blown away yet, but it has some good moments.

The show has it's problems the voice acting is average and things clip into each other quite a bit, the main plotline has barely even started but it seems like it may be interesting from the little we have seen so far the action sequences are amazing and each episode at the very least has one or two funny moments. I suggest watching it.

He did those both with Aura, His guns are useless.
Say what you will about Jaune, at least he can think on his feet.
The only thing Ren actually has is resolve.
