I've been told my entire life that my blood type is O+, but 23andMe says its A+.

Not quite as useful as 0/O- (that is a very rare bloodtype and can donate to everyone, but only recieve from other 0/O- donators) but still without around 80-85% of the average western country's population bloodtype being rhesus positive a huge help in keeping the reserve blood flowing so to speak.
