You can't count Adam, that doesn't count. Its gotta be every girl for herself with no outside help.
Anyway, they'd probably write it as Ruby winning since she's supposedly the leader of the team, but I think it'd be cool if Weiss or Yang won, Weiss because for some reason I think they'd all not take her seriously enough, and Yang because I think she's the oldest one there. At least we know she's older than her adopted sister Ruby, so yeah.

Honestly, Weiss seems like she'd be the leader. The singing warrior usually gets the top spot.

Well, she isn't. She seems like the lonely type(in her song Mirror Mirror, the lyric is, "Who's the loneliest of all"). I see her as definitely not being the leader.
And as for her singing, that wasn't Kara singing, and knowing how Kara sounds when she speaks, I'm terrified of what Weiss is gonna sound like. Her voice could kill my interest in the character.
