It's actually pretty funny. I Burn apparently shocked one of the Amazon reviewers with it's cursing. I didn't know the other tracks didn't have cursing in them at all.

Initially, RWBY was being advertised as something you can watch with young kids too. A family sort of thing.

It seems down the line they decided to push the boundaries a little, like Roman being THIS close to dropping an F-bomb in Black and White, and I Burn being written with straight up f-bombs.

I just thought what is everyones fav part of the entire soundtrack? Mine is I may fall.

The series isn't that, I could tell that it wasn't Babies first Anime from Day 1 since I say the Red trailer.
The songs help solidify that, this series is going to go down a very dark path, it may be gradual, but it will go down it in time.

I just wanted to pop in and say that despite lurking the thread for months, I've finally sat down and watched the first episode. Most of my impressions have probably been said a million times but I will note that I *really* enjoyed the music and the fluidity of the action scenes is pretty impressive! I don't have much to do this weekend so I'll probably end up powering through a bit more but figured I'd finally sound off with interest in the series.

Close call with the third I Burn and the episode 1 score though.

Wings makes me cry for certain reasons, and it's probably for the reasons you'd think, it's a gorgeous song.

Ah i saw that trailer it looks pretty good.I love how it takes the ****** out of some old disney traditions.

I'm up for watching it without a doubt. I grew up during the Disney Renaissance and people are saying its as good as those movies(The Little Mermaid, Beauty and The Beast, The Lion King, etc etc) so I'm definitely giving it a chance.

Given it's a fight with the antagonist, no, it doesn't fit.

Gold is more to be played in like a Snowball fight, or something adorably charming,
Like Yang tackling you into a big mound of snow. (It's the first like legit Winter day here...it may be affecting my examples)
