I know I said I wouldn't do episode by episode commentary but I just finished 3 (got sidetracked by a headache last night so my planned RWBY binging didn't happen) and I have to say that I really adore the group dynamic. Obviously I know it's going to shift around and things won't stay happy go lucky but the voice acting and dialogue of the girls is just great. I'll be doing some catch-up (catch-up?) tonight so I suspect I'll do a little bit of rambling later. :3

Take your time if you have to. I just finished Season 11 of Red vs Blue(was waiting for it to finish before I ran through the whole thing).

I liked season 11, wasn't as action packed, but I liked Tucker's role in it, and I'm equally excited for the next season, since it would seem that Tucker is gonna become the main protagonist, and he's my favourite character of them, well, right behind York.

Eh, Not diggin the Star Wars vibe myself (Ironic given my name)
and alot of the jokes just weren't as good.
Tucker and Wash were in top form though.

It certainly wasn't as good as what came before. It was just kinda...there.

RWBY definitely smoked it, I can say that much.

There a few things I could learn from doing this that I'll use to improve mine and then make yours better even, there are a few things I could fix, but I'd need a lot of time for it.

LoveCats or Pyrrhappreciation?! Going purely off first impressions, I don't know which side I'd sit on now!

I know I'm getting closer to where I've seen it said a few times that the exposition starts picking up and seeing how episode 8 (note: as of writing this, I'm starting 6) has a longer run-time than basically everything else on first glance, I'm guessing that's when it will happen. Elsewhere I've seen folks complain about the pacing and yeah, right now there isn't a whole lot of plot but I suppose it doesn't bother me so much because I like stories that are slowburns and take time to get going.

At that point, yes, it's really slow story wise, but very much picks up after 8.

Then again, by their own admission, we're only through half of the first season

So I'm hoping the plot really kicks into high gear following what we've already seen
