What that means is the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Japan and New Zealand are the only ones that haven't got it yet. Lazy bastards!
I am especially disappointed with Japan, they should be all over this. I'm frankly amazed they haven't licensed a whole manga series on it yet.

pssh, that is his ONLY claim to fame. That, and the fact that Peer-ah likes him.
You're overlooking his battle-smart, like he showed in the fight against the Deathstalker. Also, Team JNPR is the heavy-hitting one compared to RWBY. The latter are fast and no slouches when it comes to individual skill and Yang got some serious punch but there's only so much a 5ft, 110lb girl can punch and actually have an effect on. And as we've seen with the Nevermore, there are some really big Grimm creatures out there.
Expect the teams to diversify into the fragile speedster (RWBY) and the stone wall (JNPR), the former going up against fast enemies and hordes, with the latter providing aggro and being the anti-big team (Nora is most likely the single most offensively minded fighter in the whole Beacon cast).
