Oh, people thinking Penny is a robot because of her weapon, the backpack isn't on her back until later, and there isn't any hole in the clothing. So the Blades are contained within the backpack.

And I still don't know how I feel about them fighting in the docks at the end considering the rather landscaping explosion that could occur if even one of the boxcars goes off.
