Watched the RT Ladies RWBY Podcast yesterday. I have to say I don't think there's anything we could do in this thread to match those four ladies together in a room.

Wait, Monty doesn't want to say who Pyrrha is really based on, even in the commentary, stating that it's important to her character in Volume 2. Same with Ren, but he doesn't say when it will be important yet.

If she's based on Achilles, I'm scared what that means. Is her ankle not correctly protected?

Achilles was known for his anger issues however.

Isn't it pretty much guranteed she was based on Achilees? I mean....

Yeah, but team JNPR are their gender because the characters that they're based on crossdressed at some point in thier life.

Ah, of course. I just thought it was funny how that was in Achilles lore, but that's actually the same for all of them then.

And I didn't know who Ren was based off. The other two are more obvious, but I didn't realise they'd crossdressed.
