All of them are little bit off anatomically. Except for maybe Ruby and Weiss

And Pyrrha's skin tone is a little off, she's almost as pale as Weiss in the show, but in this she's the most tan of all the girls.

I was certainly thinking of the possibility(considering I just got someone to watch it), and it may be the reason he was so quick to let Ruby into Beacon, and be strangely preoccupied with her eye color.

As for the theory, it has merrit. Ozpin has some secrets he's obviously keeping, but whether these secrets are to help fight against whatever evil is afoot, or if it actually is for the evil afoot, remains to be seen.

I wouldn't be surprised if ozpin turned out to be pretty ruthless either way.
