You have no proof, so it isn't like Blake with the bow twitches, and there aren't any sentient androids fighting for civil rights to point to.
It is therefore a hypothesis.
Awkward mannerisms, ability to notice things normal people don't, deep desire to make friends, Pinnochio reference, the ability to pull a plane down by walking backwards, being "combat ready".
What other hints do you need?!

Thats what you say about Impostor Twi but we know thats a thing
You gotta believe in Robot Penny man
Actually, I'm agnostic about that, given it's unprovable nature.
That's the only beauty of such a theory.

Bolded: I have seen these things in people. You get that when you go to art school.
Italicized: Her weapon are blades on the end of strings, and has an overall German design /that's all need
Underlined: Her weapon holds more than the 6 blades in the Bullhead, probably had 2 on the back of a building like when she repelled backward.
Normal: Who wouldn't say that if they got the chance?
A lot more, like if she falls into a puddle and the green strips on her clothing dim.

How does she control those blades, if not with them being connected into her robotic equivalent of a nervous system? Where are the strings kept if not in hollow compartments along her body?
Weiss generates ice-walls and Cinder throws fire and spits lava.

Well, I didn't see that first, but yes, unless she has a brain is technically a cyborg.

I'm focusing more on how her unique weapon works without giving any sort of aura or effect around it, much like how weiss, pyrrha, and juane have when they use their powers.

Makes a little more sense to me than sentient machine...
Sure we have androids, but do you have any idea how difficult it is to make a sentient A.I.?
There is a reason EDI uses the magic of Quantum Computing, and she's based in a rather sizable room of space technology. And she's debatably sentient at that.
