She'd make a good end-game boss fight.
Naw, she's more the type of antagonist that you never really fight in a direct confrontation. Maybe a skirmish here and there, but no real battle where there'd be a conlusion.
She's the type of antagonist that is grinning after the game's credits rolled to drive the point home that you didn't defeat her completely.
That aside, I have yet to see any villainous traits or doings from her. All we saw her doing is engaging in theft, but we have no idea to what purpose. Is she a bad person with a masterplan? A petty thief? Or is she something completely unrelated to what we'd assume from what we know at this point?
I for one still have problems seeing her as a villain.

My guess is that she won't be a straight villain and she will have a reason for collecting all that dust.

Personally, I think some white gloves would be nice with that design. Maybe have them have some sort of runic/glyph design to act as a medium for her magic.
