It's what I'm using for My Velvet designs, so it is relatively on topic.
They are points used to mathematically plot the line and shape of an image, instead of storing data on a pixel-by-pixel basis like raster(which what almost all images are, because the internet doesn't support vectors well).
So here, have an update. Most angles are like this now, just have to add details on them and start detailing the boots.
