Anyway, just thought up a weapon idea.

Two sickle-sword blades parallel to each other with a shaft in between them, and a longish handle with a 90 degree sickle like pommel. The blades can extend to the very end of the shaft and create a short sickle-pole arm like weapon, and for ranged engagments, the sickles fold down 90 degrees, then to the sides of the shaft, where it folds out a handle and trigger system to form a sort of crossbow looking weapon, with the arms of the crossbow maybe charged with dust to fire magic stuffs at enemies. The pommel can serve as the butt of the sickle-bow to make it easier to aim.

What do you guys think?
