Episode 8 was pretty definitive. It got many people to decide to stick with RWBY.

Yeah, RWBY's good stuff new guy. And we're a good thread, mildly known to some cast members. Good amount of regulars that are only kinda crazy.

Well, the first half of the first season is up in the OP(basically, every episode thats out so far), so you don't have to go on an adventure to find the show if you want to watch it.
